How to Get to Wat Arun by BTS

Take the BTS Silom Line to Saphan Taksin, a Chao Phraya Express Boat to Tha Tien, then the cross-river ferry to Wat Arun.

Step by step

1. Take the BTS Silom Line to Saphan Taksin (S6) and leave via Exit 2.
2. Walk to Sathorn Pier and board a Chao Phraya Express Boat upriver.
3. Get off at Tha Tien (N8) pier.
4. Take the small cross-river ferry (about 5 THB) directly across to Wat Arun.
